Waynesville Hill Croaker overlooks Route 66 and welcomes you to the beautiful community of Waynesville. “Frog Rock” was discovered in the 1990s when the Missouri Department of Transportation widened Route 66 to three lanes. Local tattoo artist Phil Nelson spent months sculpting and painting this beloved sight along Route 66 in the City of Waynesville.
